The Villa

The Villa Verikoko is a holiday house which was newly built in 2016/2017 in the beautiful village of Kamilari. The house has an inside living area of about 100 m² and comprises 3 terrasses and a garden.

The big living room opens to the kitchen which underlines the spaciousness of the living area. The modern eat-in kitchen can accomodate up to 6 persons.

From the living room you can access the big terrace which is roofed by a shady pergola overlooking the garden and the cretan mountains.

The Villa Verikoko has 2 bedrooms. One is equipped with a big double bed, the other is furnished with two single beds. Each bedroom leads to its own small sun terrace.

The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in rainshower and two washbasins.

The living room is equipped with a modern firepalace with panoramic windows in order to make the house also attractive to winter guests.

Even though the sea is only about 2,5 km away, there is a garden shower which offers a quick refreshment now and then. In the garden we have planted the apricot trees to which the Villa owes its name.
